It depends on the aspirants' aptitude and interest. Due to the general nature of the syllabus, some candidates find the TNPSC exam to be simple. The TNPSC contains questions from a variety of subjects, but the difficulty level is low. On the other hand, the quantitative and reasoning questions on banking exams are typically of a high level of difficulty. TNPSC is therefore simple for someone with a background in the humanities, while banking is challenging. The banking exam is simpler for people who have a solid background in math and a solid command of quantitative concepts. Additionally, unlike most banking exams, the TNPSC exam does not... View more

Hi! You should start with general knowledge and English first because the first paper is from these two subjects only. And if you want to appear in exam 2023 you have plenty of time to cover the syllabus of Maths Science and social studies. As you don't have Maths it will be a bit hard for you as now you need to prepare all the topics coming in exam because without Maths it's near to impossible to crack this exam. So I'll suggest you to start your preparation with general knowledge and English and also focus on Maths of 11th and 12th to qualify for NDA. Good Luck.

To prepare for the exam, first of all check the syllabus, get familiar with the syllabus, and then make a study plan. You may study from around 6-9 hours a day, depending on how you can cope and also your retaining power and efficiency. Make it a point to take notes during study, solve problem sets after completing a topic. As you gradually ease into the preparation, you may start solving sample papers as well. But it will take some time until you are able to solve an entire sample paper. Closer to the exam, along with sample papers, take mock tests.
