If you are very serious about your career, I would suggest you to have a backup plan first of all. Because acting is not a sure-shot career. UPSC again is the most difficult exam to crack. Thousands of students apply for the exam and few lucky ones are able to crack. If you are good at time management, you can juggle through both; acting and UPSC. But personally, I would highly recommend you to devote your time in one of these, especially if you're eyeing for UPSC. And do have a concrete back up plan to fall upon.
As you have score low in the NEET 2018. You cannot get government colleges. You should take a drop only if you are confident to crack it in next year otherwise you should not waste your one precious year. You can also try for some best courses rather than going in MBBS.
For CAT, I would suggest you to join a good coaching institute and also give various sets of mock tests. This would help you to know where you even stand at the end of the day. Exam is quite tough. But, if you keep giving mocks and know your strengths, you can crack it. If you don't want to join a coaching class, get the books required, start practicing and buy various mock tests online and keep practicing. Books recommended: Time class books or either IMS class books.
If you are passionate enough to get inside a reputed campus for under graduation it’s important to clear JEE. You can select a good coaching center and go for 1 year coaching. You can easily crack the exam. Dedication and speed for answering matters a lot in this exam.
First, get a detailed plan for studies. Fixed studying hours. Maintain regular notes. Restudy the completed topics. Confidence in you.

not only requires one to be good in maths but also good in reasoning and current affairs. So as you say that you are not good in mathematics, I would advise you not to for CAT. However, if your accounts and taxation are good, you could definitely go for CA course. even CS if you like. It is just a rumor that CA and CS are hard. They are not hard, just a bit lengthy.
Here are tips on preparing for CAT-
1. Complete the basics | Revise the basics:By basics, we mean what should be able to solve every question given in the books without any problem. If you have already completed the material available to you, then move on to other books. We would recommend RS Agrawal for all topics. This totally depends on you that whether you want a gap or not. If you think you cannot prepare both graduation and CAT together you should definitely opt for a gap because it will hamper both graduation and CAT so make a wise decision and keep in mind your strengths and weaknesses before coming to a conclusion. And if you are capable of handling them together don't waste a year.

Basically, there are 3 sections in CAT exam - verbal ability, DILR, Quants.
Verbal ability-
Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do proper analysis of articles on editorial page. Try to make summary of articles that you read para by para. However, reading newspaper won't be sufficient. Start solving RCs on a regular basis with proper analysis.
DILR-

Preparing for JEE Advanced is like preparing for a good quality entrance exam. Questions here are invariably application based and unless concepts are well known, it's difficult to pass. There are indeed u tube videos but they are of limited value. Don't worry. There are enough students who have got admission in IIT without any coaching class.
