The programming languages, networking and database are the most important sectors being recruited for. In programming languages, go for JAVA complete course (Core JAVA + Advanced JAVA + J2EE) or ASP.NET. For the database, go for Oracle certified course. Out of personal experience I would not recommend anyone to study abroad for one's UG degree. 86% however is alright for entry to a BEng/BTech in CSc or IT in any country abroad. If you have good genuine funding in place then UK is the best destination for a UG with Honours. One cannot however expect Permanent Residency (PR) as something which they are deemed to attain upon graduation.
