Hello Dear,Rather preparing for 2 courses simultaneously, use the same energy for excellence in the course of your interest. You can definitely prepare for NEET with BE studies, but ask yourself why you need to do that. You cannot be in two professions simultaneously, right.
The cut-off is usually at near 150. It changes each year depending on the number of candidates applied.
Don't worry if by chance you might not clear JEE advance then go for an NIT - National Institute of Technology.
