I will suggest you to first strengthen your fundamentals as it is very important for your class 11th and 12th board and very well needed for the IIT exam. IIT exam is not a rocket science, you just need to be more dedicated to proper time management as you have to balance your 11th with IIT preparations.

Try to revise the basics concepts of subjects which are in your course of GATE. Solve as much problems as possible on those concepts. You can try problems from Made Easy materials or Career Launcher material. Also, solve problems from last 10 years GATE papers. Good luck!

SAT & JEE Mains are two of the toughest exams. Both are for entry to graduate courses. I feel both are equally tough. My opinion is JEE Mains is a little tougher than SAT. But it sure helps if you are attempting both.
