If you did not have PCM subjects in 10+2 stage, you are not eligible to obtain CPL in India as you will not meet DGCA minimum eligibility criteria of educational qualifications.
U can go for PG or take up civil services. RBI, Indian economic services etc are some other options. U can even pursue MBA after taking CAT.

On the whole, no. Fees is very high. They have what they say bursary- financial help for bright but poor students. It is worth a try, but I doubt if they will offer to someone from outside the EU countries. You must also have excellent academic standing for any free seat.

As you are doing diploma in EEE, I suggest you to go for aeronautical engineering after your Diploma. By this way you can be an aeronautical engineer. Secondly, you can do aviation management courses but by that way you can only join the ground force. So its better for you to go for aeronautical engineering.
