Joining a coaching for NIFT preparation is not really needed. Coaching is for those who want to learn how to draw things. But, if someone has this talent, which most students passionate about sketching and painting do possess, there is no need for coaching. One can prepare through self-study.
For your understanding, I would like to give an example.
In coaching, students are made to learn how to draw the 3D image by various techniques using measuring instruments but one who is natural at art can imagine what 3D image would look like if it has to be drawn on a paper and would draw the same.
In both cases, the outcome is the same.... View more

Hi
When you preparing for UPSC you need to read every thing in a syllabus but a big part of UPSC is related to history and modern history so it's useful if you chose arts and learn every thing then you need to only revice the syllabus and you save time in completing syllabus
choosing Arts or the humanities in your 11 and 12th and graduation can be really helpful for your UPSC examination, this is because in Arts you will be learning subjects like history, polity etc. Which are a part of the UPSC syllabus so it will help you in your UPSC examination.
These books are more than enough to top NEET. You can get an excellent rank by going through these books.
if you can devote ample amount of time in preparatio. and easily understant the way DULLB ask questions then Books available in the market are enough. otherwise choose coaching to be on safer side but that's expensive.
Prepare on your own. Don't rely on any coaching institute, instead get a good internet connection and start studying online. This will be the best way to study and get the most out of your time. What you need is to focus your class 12th books Basics. NCERT textbooks are the best for IIT preparation. Just go through the books very thoroughly and then finally give lots of mock tests etc. To get a nice practice.
I think you should join a good coaching class and work hard.
There is a huge difference in both the exams. UPSC is conducted by Union Public Service Commission for Grade A officer post and SSC is conducted by Staff Service Commission for Grade B post in central government. The competition is high in UPSC because approximately only 800 -850 posts are there and in SSC only 4500-5000 posts.
If you do not skip even the minor details also, you can develop a better concept. Most problems arise, just because we are mindful of important topics only. Be exhaustive in your study.
There is huge scope for good chemical engineers and doing a course from IIT can be cherry on the cake. Study with all your might and make sure that you have around 85% in 12th.
Hello Anmol,
RC Mukherjee is one of the best book available in the market. It covers all the major topics regarding physical chemistry and the most amazing thing about it is that it contains so many questions related to them.
But if you are looking for some explanations and concepts then I would suggest you to go for either O.P. Tandon or Atkins Physical chemistry. Both of these books are written by great authors who have abundant knowledge about this field.
It is simple like every engineering entrance exam they also have 3 subjects PCM. Focus on those subjects, you can easily crack the entrance. You may go through the previous year papers but it is not compulsory if you are confident enough for the entrance.

Firstly, clear your all basic concepts of all the subjects. Practice extensively. Try to solve all type of questions based on the topics. Application based questions are also important. Listen to your teachers and what they tell. Don't bother to ask any Queries to your teacher. Time management plays an important role in scoring good marks. Make your strong subject stronger and weak subject good. Make a study Plan. For a good NIT, you will need to score 200-250 to get good NIT and branch of your choice.
