They are standardized tests, which you must clear to study abroad. SAT is for undergraduate degree in USA to be precise. TOEFL is the test for proficiency in English language. You would require to demonstrate sufficient English language skills to adjust in an English speaking environment. SAT commonly is taken by high school students. However, there is no eligibility criteria for these tests.

They don't release any forms. You must register and create an account on the official websites of SAT and TOEFL, pay the exam fee, select the test date and center, that's it. Check college board website and ets.org/TOEFL.

BS is the graduation degree just like we have BE, B.Tech BA B.Sc, BS means Bachelor of science, but we have distinction in names between professional (B.E B.Tech) and non-professional courses ( B.Sc BA) they don't have that type of distinction. Yes, you have to give SAT/ACT or their local entrance test and TOEFL or IELTS is compulsory for non-native English speakers.

The syllabus of TOEFL has four sections:
Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing.
1. Reading measures the ability to understand academic reading matter.
2. Listening measures the ability to understand English as it is used in colleges and universities.
3. Speaking measures the ability to speak English.
4. Writing measures the ability to write in a way that is appropriate for college and university course work.
You can buy books or take some coaching for it too.
