Definitely you should go for MBA. I am also doing B.Tech in CSE and will do MBA further. Firstly, you have to give CAT, MAT or GMAT exams through which you can get admission in IIM. I will suggest you to do MBA only from IIM or any reputed private colleges like LPU, BITS, etc.

Of course, IIT Bombay is far better than any college. Since, it is a government reputed college, we all know. It has everything that one dreams of. If one is getting admission in this college this means that your life has now get the direction for good future provided he/she perform well. It is better and have every facilities you need. Hello Naveen, if you are from open catagory then you are not even eligible for admission into NIT or GFTI's. To help you I am attaching below the cutoffs prescribed by NTA last year for eligibility to appear for JEE Advanced and for seeking admission in NIT's etc.

If you want to do any short term courses after your B.Sc (IT) then first of all decide which field you like then do the course accordingly.
For Database there many courses which you can do and they are-
1. MCDBA Certification (Microsoft Certified Database Administrator)
2. ODAC Certification (Oracle Database Administration Courses)
3. Certification course in BerkeleyDB
4. Certificate course in DB2
5. Certificate course in PostgreSQL

There are so many institutes in India which are offering networking courses to the students but based on their past student's reviews only a few of them are doing good in teaching networking courses. If you want to pursue networking courses then you should choose an institute which has an international background and who is a partner of Cisco. In my opinion, if you look at Koenig Solutions they have a very good background of teaching networking to their students as based on their student's reviews. If You want to look into more options then you can also check Udemy. Cloudera and Simplilearn also.
