There is no sectional AFCAT cut off in the AFCAT exam. The total marks of the AFCAT exam are 300, out of which you have to score above the cutoff marks. AFCAT cutoff usually ranges from 120 to 150 marks.

JEE Mains questions are now easier comparing to previous years questions (2014-2019). To solve them faster you need to have enough practice. All you need is to do practice more and more questions to become faster.

It is not necessary that the question paper totally obey the weightage distribution lesson wise, but its true, if it is written 60 questions per subject.

You can appear for MH-CET and apply for JBIMS in CAP round but the distribution for all India seats will only be known anytime between March-June. So, it's better to apply and appear for the exam. Whether the seats for all India candidates in JBIMS is available this year is still not confirmed since it was removed for 2018 admissions.

If you are great in programming or you think you can do wonders by learning more and more in programming and willing to create something of yours through software rather than thinking about which company will hire me, think about how you can make yourself valuable enough that things happen for you.
