One of the option is you can go for MBA. Marks doesn't matter a lot you just need to have subject knowledge and concepts clear. You should be able to apply them in practical situations. You have to mention your stream and interests for better guidance. If you are interested in a course like animation, opportunities are good but you must have an aptitude for design and creativity. Go through various diploma and undergraduate courses that might interest you and figure out the kind of job you want to do. Decide accordingly.

You have very many options. Medicine can be one of the obvious choices especially if you are really keen and have indeed worked on the relevant entrance exams. Alternately, you can take up Bachelor of sciences in specializations like Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, bio technology, Mathematics, Physics, food technology, agriculture at all. You could consider BBM - Bachelor of business management or even administration or even BCA Bachelor of computer applications. Take up the course based on your interest and skills set too.

Take up a course based on your interests and skill sets. Arts, Commerce, Sciences are 3 broad categories. Alternately, Diploma and certificate courses can be taken up to. For example -
Arts - Languages, psychology, journalism and media, humanities etc. Sciences - Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, electronics

Best thing to do would be to discuss with your brother and help him figure out options. After class 10th, 3 broad categories to consider are, Arts, Commerce, Sciences. Arts - Psychology, journalism, media and entertainment, writing to name a few. Commerce - Accounting, Auditing. Sciences- traditional sciences like B.Sc. Engineering and medicals. Let him prepare for entrance exams too if it is engineering or medicals. In any case, check his interest, skill set and ability and then make a decision.
