It would be tough to manage fashion designing and air hostess profession because after flying for 8 to 10 hours all the crew needs complete rest and shifts and are made in such a manner. Before flying medical tests are done and if the crew is found unfit then they are denied from flying. So, it would be difficult to opt for both the professions. For getting into a permanent post of Scientist/Engineer in ISRO, the way is engineering graduation/postgraduation/Ph.D is either campus recruitment or direct entry through written test and interview. Also Students from IIST are directly absorbed in ISRO. But if you want to do research which is relevant for ISRO, you may do it from your institute through sponsored research (RESPOND) from ISRO.
