Well, after the completions of your graduation you have options available in every field depending on the stream of your graduation. You need to first understand your own preferences and interests in order to chose a career.

You can choose whatever you feel. But tell me which stream you opted in intermediate. If you choose Science and confident that you can move on with Science you can opt for B.Tech. But if you are a Commerce student then you should look forward to B.Com as it is perfect for you.
