I can understand. Coaching institutes cost heavily. You can follow simple rules which are: Assign time for each subject every day. Assign time for exercise and yoga every day. Assign time for entertainment. Take a mock test every week. Analyse result and brush up weak areas. That's it.

With these marks, you are likely to get into it through jee mains though you'll not get the best branch. Moreover, you can crack SIT ( entrance exam for Symbiosis University) based on which you can get into it with suitable ranking and branch.

2. Good and supportive faculty.
3. Well equipped labs.
4.Hostel facility is very good, you don't have to worry about anything except food a little.

7. No ragging. I never seen a single ragging case in my first year, seniors are so much supportive.

The exam is conducted continuously from April to July in various parts of India including Madhya Pradesh. Moreover, it depends on you in which slot you book for your exam date in the entrance exam form and then accordingly you will get your exam date.

Write for JEE Mains, if you are confident that you may clear it. I would not expect you to write VITEEE, because the paper is easy and the admission is primarily on money. So try to clear JEE Mains.
