As of now there is no entrance exam for admission in B.Sc statistics Hons. Every year DU releases its cutoff for admission in its colleges. B.Sc stats hons requires PCM aggregate. Maths in 10+2 is mandatory.

I think you should first go about searching universities abroad, look up the internet and research on the universities and your preferred countries and the courses and decide what and where to study.
