For Engineering programmes, I mean BTech/BE you must prefer +2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. For medical stream preferences, Physics, Chemistry and Biology can be your choice for +2. If you wish to be an accountant, +2 Commerce stream may be preferred. Other than that we have the arts stream for +2.

If you really think you can do best in science you can go for it. It totally depends on you. If you study hard for two years you can choose any stream after 10th.There are many students who have chosen science stream even after scoring 38% in 10th class and they topped in science class 12th.
Zaid, take Medical subjects i.e PCB in 11th. After 12th, give NEET test clearing which you will be eligible for admission to MBBS/ BDS course. Other than this you can appear for tests meant for admission to BAMS, BHMS, BVMS for being Ayurveda doctor, Homeopathy doctor, Veterinary doctor respectively.
Even Masters in Physiotherapy is allowed to write Doctor with his/ her name. In the same manner a PhD is also a doctor.
