MBA abroad including USA will require to first gain some work experience, at least 2 years is recommended. Applicants must also take the GMAT exam to be considered for an MBA programme. TOEFL or IELTS would be required too. If you are willing to pursue your MBA from the US, do well in your academics and build a good profile, take part in extra curriculars and gain work experience first. Know your career plans before you apply for an MBA.

The MAT score is valid for an year so once the result is declared you may start applying.

CAT is an entrance test for mba/pgdm admissions only. If you wish to get admission in IIMs, you need 98 or more percentile in it.

You can take online lectures and books for preparation. Like History of English Literature by David Daiches. You should Practise MCQs available in any book for NET preparation. You can take online courses that provide online resources and online mock exam. These training course also teaches you, how to prepare for GD and interview, if you clear the written exam.

For MBA you need to write few entrance exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT, SNAP, XAT, NMAT. All these exams are the qualifying criteria for many top bschools in India. Once you clear these exams you will get a call from the institutes depending on your score.
