Bachelors in Engineering and Bachelors in Technology, both are just different nomenclatures for same degree. Some old institutions use BE as their choice and rest use B.Tech. There is no legal difference between the both. It all depends upon your choice. But as per my view B.Tech is better than B.Sc. Because B.Sc. There is no such a core domain in medical after MCA. But, you can go for medical degrees, like MBBS, BDS, MS etc.

If you are from Science Stream, then B.Tech CSE or IT will be better option for you. B.Tech should be your top priority if you want to work in the field of computers. And if you are from Commerce/Arts Stream then you can pursue BCA which will allow you to work in IT Sector. You'll learn 3-5 programming languages in this course, depending upon the university. Note that you'll not study designing and developing software, apps and games inside these courses. But you can study them on your own through internet. You can keep photography as a hobby.
