If a BCA graduate is not interested in programming, MBA will be the best career switch option. It will not only open door for vast opportunities but also provide different specialisation to choose from his or her personal traits. For example if you are good at numerical ability then you can choose Finance. If you are extrovert with good communication skills then Marketing can be a good option.
Bachelors in Engineering and Bachelors in Technology, both are just different nomenclatures for same degree. Some old institutions use BE as their choice and rest use B.Tech. There is no legal difference between the both. It all depends upon your choice. But as per my view B.Tech is better than B.Sc. Because B.Sc. Computer Science is 3 years of Graduation course while B.Tech is 4 years of Graduation course after which you will get Engineer's Degree. B.Sc. CS will teach you about computer application but won't focus much on coding. There are large number of institution all across the country which confer these degrees, so choosing the right... After BCA, you have options like MCA, MBA, PGDM, MIM, MSc IT, PGPCS, etc. Decide well !!
If you are from Science Stream, then B.Tech CSE or IT will be better option for you. B.Tech should be your top priority if you want to work in the field of computers. And if you are from Commerce/Arts Stream then you can pursue BCA which will allow you to work in IT Sector. You'll learn 3-5 programming languages in this course, depending upon the university. Note that you'll not study designing and developing software, apps and games inside these courses. But you can study them on your own through internet. You can keep photography as a hobby.
There is no such a core domain in medical after MCA. But, you can go for medical degrees, like MBBS, BDS, MS etc.
Good luck.
