Distance Education Council (DEC) before 2012 - has stopped approving courses like B.Tech and M.Tech since 2009 after the ministry put a ban on them. SAP is a German software programme that gives all in one solution to enterprises. You can of course do it but it will then suck you into world of IT. I would advise you to rather take up course related to your job profile. Say PG or MBA or some certificate or diploma course in project planning or production or automation etc.
