Hi,
Chartered accountant and company secretary both are different course and also own value in current scenario.
Moreover CA has vast fields to get in to as compared to CS .CA course is considered to be tough than CS course. CA is paid more, where as CS comparatively less. 1. If you want more money, CA.
2. If you want to study easily, CS. (Easier of the two)
3. More power in an organisation, CS.

Hi,
Yes, Definitely you can do both the things simultaneously. As there is no such classes (except if you take face to face coaching classes) for CS so you have plenty of time to attend your college lectures. Also the syllabus is somewhat similar. B.Com is very easy in comparison to CS.
Here are some courses, choose as your own minds:
1. Bachelors of Commerce (B.Com)
2. Bachelors of Commerce (Honors) or B.Com (Hons)
3. Bachelors in Economics
4. Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA)
5. Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
6. Chartered Accountancy (CA)
7. Company Secretary (CS)
8. Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)
9. Institute of Actuary of India (IAI)
10. Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
11. Bachelor of Law LL.B., etc.
Rather than changing the stream, the smart move would be to enroll into BBA course, where you can learn the basics of Management Accounting and then specialize in MBA (Finance). Doon Business School, Dehradun offers one of the best BBA+MBA (Finance) in the country. Admissions are still on process now. I am a student here. Do contact me for further queries if any.
