Hi,
I don't know if you have done any certification on Networking like CCNA or CCNP. If no, then I would suggest to grab these certifications. You don't need to do any Diploma separately because CISCO certification carries great value in industry and network field if you want to stick around networking technologies.

If you want to go into testing then you can do a certification in the same. All testing courses are of 3-6 month of duration.
If you want to go into coding (development) then you can pursue a certification course on your choice in any of the languages including Java, VB, C#, Advance C, PHP, Asp etc.

You should not get too fascinated with ethical hacker as they show in movies. Most of the institutes provide just a basic fancy course under the name of ethical hacking, just to attract students and earn more.
I would rather recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data.

CEH stands for Certified Ethical Hacking course which covers the basics if hacking. CCNA, CCNP and CISSP are CISCO certified networking courses which covers knowledge of working of networks and functioning of routers. These information is also necessary for hacking. Ideally you should pursue computer related courses basis your interests. Since there is no MCA degree abroad you can think of MS Software engineering, Animation and Gaming, Web Design and cyber security or PG diploma in the mentioned fields.
