Simon Fraser University, McMaster University, University of British Columbia, University of Waterloo are some of the famous ones. Completing your graduation along with CS one of the best things you can do. Doing both the courses along with a side job, that's a bit challenging. For the purpose of pursuing an LLM from any university, you need to have a LLB Degree from a recognized university, as per BAR Council of India. You may take up CS simultaneously. However, admission for LLM for a CS alone would not be possible. A mandatory requirement is LLB Degree along with which you may have a CD as well.
