Hi Imeh
For making secure admission in Europe, Singapore or New Zealand for Masters by February go through these steps. For New Zealand, Europe or Singapore first step is preparing for Masters in New Zealand is choosing a subject then check the university you want to apply and check for eligibility. Some universities require GRE for admission but countries like Newzealand put emphasis on work experience the clear tests like TOEFL IELTS which are English proficiency test and then you can take admission in these countries.
The cutoff for B.com generally goes between 75-85% (previous year).
I can suggest that you check the official website of the college or contact the college directly to inquire about the cutoff information for the B.Com. in Accounting and Finance program.
Alternatively, you can also check the official website of the University of Madras, which is the affiliating university for M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women, to see if they have any information on the latest cutoffs for this program. You can also check with the admission office of the college or university for more information.
Hello,
Yes, if it's an undergraduate degree. Also, you must check the academic requirements and not only the IELTS score. Every college has its own requirements, suggested you check the websites. Feel free to write back for any clarification.

Dear,
According to your career goals, my recommendation will go for either Economics (Honors) or you can think of B.Com LLB or BBA LLB.
Through this you can get professional degree for your further career options if you are not able to crack civil services exam.
All the best.
