No, there is no way you can do that. It's not legal to do so and no college will allow you to do the same. Such practices are not considered fair under UGC rules and regulations.
If you are from commerce without Maths, then you can go for B.Com or BBA for graduation. And, if you are a studious person, then you can go for CA. All the best.
Its not fair to compare and tell best among two courses which has entirely different domains, BCA relates to information technology and CA to accounting and commerce and both the courses are equally good

In commerce, a lot of choices are there after class 12th. You can join CA or CS with B.Com. If you don't want go with CA then you should do B.Com and after that go for MBA in finance. You can explore other options like CFA, Masters in Taxation, investment banking or stock market course.
