CA and CFA both are different courses and both own market value. So it is very difficult to say which is better.
CFA focusses on investment management and covers topics in finance like corporate finance, ethics, equity investments and derivatives, fixed income while preparing you for careers in investment banking, research and portfolio management.

First of all, congratulations, your hard work pays off so you can easily get admission in DU colleges for pursuing B.Com and if you try you can get B.Com (Hons) even. Though your % is good enough to get admitted to du but not on campus colleges. You can try for several off campus colleges, just wait for cutoffs to drop, have patience and don't lose hope if you don't get a chance in first 2 or 3 cutoffs. St Joseph's College of Commerce is a highly reputed Commerce college in the country. It is 130+ years old institution. It ranks top 8th in India and top 2nd in Bangalore after Christ University.
There would always be a rush to get admission in Joseph's. The cut off too is high for BCom. It is around 90% for General Merit, 75% for SC/ST and for Christian Catholic it is easy to get admission with 60% as Joseph's is a Christian minority College.
