Some pointers for you are:
1. Mostly, IIMs prefer a previous good work experience, so make sure that you have that.
2. To get into IIM, you have to clear an exam called CAT (Common Admission Test) which requires good analytical skills.
3. So if you are very good in maths then this is for you.
4. If you seriously decide to go for it then join a good coaching institute for the same because they can guide you through the syllabus of CAT.

CA and CFA simultaneously, I would say it’s rare or let’s say, 1 out of 1000 student goes for this combination as both the courses need specific dedicated study time schedule hence it's very difficult to manage both these at the same time. Hence I would suggest going for CFA once your CA is done.
