If you have good experience, going for distance learning pgdbm is good, it may help you during changes. I would suggest you to go through any IIM, they have executive MBA, bit costly but it adds real value to CV.

<p>No, it is not possible to take admission in M.Sc full time and not attend the mandatory classes as in full time programme there is a max attendance requirement for the student.</p>

Yes, as I mentioned earlier, the age is calculated from the August month of the year in which the exam will be conducted. It is mentioned in the age criteria of the official notification of UPSC. The official notification of UPSC CSP 2022 states that, &quot;The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and also must not have attained the age of 32 years on the 1st of August, 2022. &quot; It also says that the candidate must have been born not earlier than August 2nd, 1990 and not later than August 1st, 2001. &quot;

You can not evaluate new colleges, as it won't have placement records, no alumni network. You can go by seeing the curriculum, ask the current students doubts. It's better to choose a good college, with good network of alumni than to going for a new college.
