Amity University is good for B.Tech CS but I will not recommend this university to you. If you have enough money to study at Amity University, then try out the other universities like SRM, VIT, Symbiosis University. These universities are far much better than Amity. In Amity, only fest happens and celebrities come and go every day. In terms of placements also the other universities which I have mentioned earlier are good compared to Amity.
Students from many fields and courses have got through UPSC CSE. You have every chance to get through it if you put in your hard work. There are general classes available for UPSC coaching. Try them.
