Accountancy (Compulsory)
Business studies (Compulsory)
Economics (Compulsory)
Economics for class 11 is divided into two parts -

Indian Economic Development
4. English (Compulsory)
5. Mathematics (Optional)
6. Entrepreneurship (Optional)
7. Informatics Practices (Optional)
Students are offered a choice between Mathematics, Entrepreneurship and IP. Depending on what you choose is that your 5 main subjects are decided.

No, you cannot get admission in B.A. LL.B. Directly in the 3rd year if you are currently studying in the 2nd year of B.Com. B.A. LL.B. Is a 5-year integrated course, and you need to have completed your 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks in order to be eligible for admission. You can either apply for the 5-year integrated B.A. LL.B. A majority of students take up CA studies as well as complete their B.Com. The B.Com is a graduation degree granted by the University whereas the CA is self-study based (or you may take external help through prep classes) and you can complete it at your own pace. Yes, you can give supplementary in one subject in B.Com 1 St year along with other examination. Usually this happens in case you get supplementary in any year in any examination so you can give your exam.

The fee structure at HL College of Commerce for M.com for full course duration is around INR 7075 for 2 years and this college has quite reasonable and affordable fee structure.

For admission in B.Com (Hons) in any of Delhi University college, you have to study Maths in class 12th. Maths is a compulsory subject to be add up at the time of admission. Your marks will be calculated against the cut off released by Delhi University.
So, without Maths, you can't take admission in Delhi University colleges.

It all depends on the job profile you are interested in. If you take B.Com Bachelor of commerce it will be more finance oriented. BCA Bachelor of computer on the other hand is more Computer Application oriented and both are equally good course with lots of career and employment opportunities.
