First of all, you have to clear all the necessities for getting admission into Jadavpur University, i.e. 60% marks in PCM and 30% marks in English besides of passing in each subject in board exams etc. And, your WBJEE rank must be under 200, even better if you get it under 150. As from my experience, CSE in NIT Manipur would be a good option for you.
CSE is not so famous in IIIT, Sri City and also placement in IIIT is about 60-70% for CSE.
But, in NIT Manipur, placement in CSE goes up to 100%.

UPES is far better than Maharshi Markandeshwar University. UPES has a good number of companies visiting there for placement and also has a good reputation in India. Campus and faculties are excellent there.
