Sorry to say, the chances are almost zero but you can get CSE in Vellore if you go through management quota but remember if you go through management quota, you need to pay around 25-30 Lacs in 4 years to complete your B.Tech.

You will easily get CSE in JIIT, Noida sector-128. Also, chances are there for sector-62. I think you should join sector 62.You may get other branches in sec 62.You can also try BIT Mesra Patna campus.

Candidate must have passed qualifying exam with minimum 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST Category) in aggregate in three subjects. Also, qualifying exam should be passed without grace.

Dear Diptam, for getting admission in any branch of engineering, you should either pass class 12th with minimum 45% marks or you can either pursue Diploma engineering after class 10th or 12th class.
