No, there is no entrance exam in M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences for admission in M.Com. The Admission will be based on the marks obtained in graduation.

You may opt for Bangalore University and Pondicherry University, as both offer B.Com in distance mode. Karnataka Open University has been banned by UGC, so don't opt and any other university does not have any jurisdiction in Bangalore. You may also opt IGNOU.

The total fee for the CA foundation course at Navkar Institute is Rs 1.09 lakh while the fee for the complete 5-year course is around Rs 3 lakh. You can get other informations from the website itself.

SV University provides both distance learning as well as a regular degree
You can apply for the admissions by going to their site and filling up the admission form online. The fee structure at the same is Rs.15500.

For admission in MA philosophy in BHU, you need to have passed B.A., B.A. (Hons). With B.Com degree, you are not eligible.

Considering the first cutoff and your score, there are rare chances of getting admission in B.com Hons., unless you belong to reserved category. So if you belong from reserved category, then please share details so that I can guide you with my suggestion or wait for more cutoffs to see whether you have chances or not.

After passing 12th, you can't opt for N.Com. It's a postgraduate course. You can do B.Com.
Yes, from science, you can shift to commerce and as you have pure science, and maths. So, there won't be any problem to avail a commerce subject.

My advice to you would be to go for B.Com Honours. Once you graduate, as further studies you may opt for international professional accounting certification like the US CMA instead of CA. CMA US is easier to crack when compared with Indian CA or ICMA. There are two papers in CMA US which can be completed within 9 to 12 months also CMA US is a globally acclaimed course and is having huge demand to today's job market.

For admission in M.A. Archaeology, you need to have a Bachelor's degree in Ancient History & Archaeology or History & Archaeology or Archaeology and Museology as a major or optional subject. In case, the candidate is of CAT -I category their minimum eligibility would be 40%.
