keen learner,

Dear Hartej,
Just an advice, Placement is all about your skill, hard work and interest in your field, so be wise, study well, don't forget to improve your co-curricular values. Placement record of college isn't relevant unless you prove your qualities. Besides this, R V College of engineering has a very good track record of placement for B.Tech students. Placement is obviously branch dependent. For CS and IT then expect some really great packages above INR. 10 LPA and many above INR. 20 LPA as well, but still some amount of hard work can get you a great placement.
Good luck.

If I'm not wrong, then there's no specific seat for OBC. You have to apply as general category and hence to get CSE your rank must be less than 90.

Yes, you can join B.Tech CSE after completing Diploma in agriculture engineering through Andhra Pradesh ECET. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech lateral entry in Andhra Pradesh is that candidates should have a Diploma in Engineering and Technology/Pharmacy from the State Board of Technical Education of Andhra Pradesh State or any other AICTE approved institution. I hope this helps!

If you have PCB and maths and are looking for top B.Tech CSE colleges in Mumbai without an entrance exam, your options are limited, as most reputed colleges in Mumbai usually require competitive entrance exams like JEE Mains; however, a few private universities might offer admission based on merit alone, such as: Amity University Mumbai, K.R Mangalam University, and Jadavpur University Mumbai Campus; always check the specific admission criteria for each college before applying as policies can change.

(a) Implementation of modern educational concepts & associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs & abroad.
(b) global exposure by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, RUSSIA & Thailand etc.
