Amity University, Noida is regarded as good private university in India. But whether you should go for Amity depends on you. Pros: The university provides exposure to its students. You can seek for admission here even if you don't have 90% marks in your boards, infrastructure is good. Cons: The university is costly.

If you wish, you can opt for your choice of course. If you have 60% marks in 12th, then there are slim chances of getting into DU.
So, you have little options left. IP University, Christ University and others who have an entrance examination like Narsee Monjee.

You will require 13 years of education, so you can enroll in a Bachelor's degree course in India and complete the 1st year and with very good grades. You must also take TestDaf and be fluent in the German language. Your academic percentile all throughout must be very high.
