Definitely CSE certificate in NIT college can make to get job easily. And CSE is best branch in terms of placements in any NIT.

Yes, there are good chances for you to get computer science engineering at SASTRA University, Thanjavur. You have a good score in board exams as well as JEE main exam. Your percentile will be 96.5(0.75)+119(0.25)=102.125.
As you are a Brahmin, SASTRA University gives some preference to Brahmin students.
On June 10th (the last date to apply) they will release the rank list so you may check your possibility of getting the seat.

But to be honest TCE is not really a great option for B.Tech and here is why that is true is
As you compare the investment and the return you get after 4 years, they are nowhere near. I mean why would somebody give 16 lakhs to study in SRM knowing that the avg. package is of 3 to 3.5 Lakhs and that too for CSE branch, which is by the way their best branch and all of this statistical data is for Main Campus. DAIICT is better among these two for CSE. And DAIICT is having only for two B.Tech courses, B.Tech (ICT) and B.Tech (Hons) in ICT with minor CS.
There are many good colleges. It depends on the location where you want to go. In south India, there are so many colleges like VIT, SRM, Satyabama, Amrita university, Andhra university etc. In northern India colleges are like DU, JECRC, LMNIT, LPU, UPES, Amity university, SKIT and many more. For B.Tech in CSE, the exam for government colleges are JEE MAIN, BITSAT WBJEE UPSEE. Etc. Try to get seat in IIT by JEE main and advanced or in DU university. For private go for SRM, UPES, AMITY, GALGOTIA, ICFAI, LPU etc. Please try hard for the JEE main exam since IIT are the best.
