There is no Diploma course in education at Symbiosis Distance Learning. NIOS provides D.El.Ed through open mode if you are interested. Yes, you can join army for sure. The minimum height required in NDA is 5'2. You will have to sit for the UPSC examination for CDSE exam. You can sit for this paper provided your age is between 19-25 years at the date of joining and you've completed your graduation from a UGC recognised university or institution. As a male candidate, you can select either Indian Military Academy (IMA) /Officers Training Academy (OTA)/AFA/INA as your training institute. The written examination for the same is held twice a year, September/October and February/March for which the notifications are provided in all the leading newspapers and journals.

Your question is quite ambiguous. If you want to pursue fashion designing, why would you consider pursuing commerce or vice versa. Still, if you wish to pursue both, you can opt for B.Com (correspondence) with regular fashion designing course.

This minimum percentile game is tricky. There are things that you need to keep in mind:
1) Which IIM are you looking at? - For IIM Ahmedabad your academic qualifications are not very important. A 65+ in each of X, XII and graduation (if grad score is 70% then X or XII could be between 60 and 65 as well) will ensure that you clear the minimum academic rating score. Thus, all that matters is that you clear the cut-off (99.65+). Others like IIM B need you to have a decent academic background

No, you cannot appear for all three years together. As a norm and minimum criteria to obtain a degree, you need to study minimum 3 years for an undergraduate course and need to clear. You cannot directly give TY B.Com.
