what's the meaning of BiPC ? if that's stand for Biology Physics and Chemistry then without mathematics you cannot pursue the JEE or equivalent so you can't do Btech. but nothing to worry about it. if you are interested in Computer Engg then you can pursue BCA + MCA . MCA is equivalent with Btech CSE.
You pursue BCA only when you have computer sci/app as you 4th subject in 10+2 level. if you don't have computer in 12th. you may go for Diploma in CST after Diploma you can pursue Btech in CSE.

Admission is based on a combined merit of 50% marks in all India aptitude test (comprising of Objective Type tests in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (for B.Tech.)/ Biology (only for B.Pharma.), Logical Reasoning) and 50% of normalized aggregate percentage in 10+2. However, GL Bajaj is better than Galgotias.

Mechanical and CSE are the best branches of engineering whereas mechanical is a core branch.
You should choose any one of them according to your interest as both best in terms of placements.
If you choose mechanical as your branch preference then you have a chance to become an IES, means class 1 officer held by UPSC.

You can take admission in BTech, but if you love to code and don't want to study Science then take Admission in BCA and please I recommend pursuing your course from any reputed college or university before taking admission please cross check the placement performance of college and student review from shishka. For getting admission in top IIT for CSE, you rank should be below 1000.

Of course, For admission to state engineering colleges, you may have to clear lateral entry admission tests conducted by the state to become eligible for lateral entry admissions direct to the third semester of B.Tech programme. If you wish to be loyal to your stream of study you may opt for B.Tech in Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics or Automobile Engineering.

There are high chances of admission based on your profile. I will also suggest you to apply in some more top ranking universities such as McGill, UBC, and Calgary etc. Start early for better chances.

As per my knowledge, PSIT is better out of the mentioned colleges for CSE. Placements & academic record of PSIT are far better than those of the above-mentioned colleges. Recently, I have come to know that Infosys recruited 154 students from PSIT, which was the highest in terms of numbers in UP. As far as academics are concerned, I could find PSIT among the top-three colleges in AKTU.

Presidency is better than GITAM University for computer science and engineering.

Both the colleges are good for engineering and they have good reputation too but I would opt for MIT as it has better brand name being a campus of Anna University (University of Departments of Anna University). The placements for CSE are really huge and tech giants like Amazon, visit the campus every year and offer packages more than 20 LPA.
I won’t say SSN because it is a self-financing college under Anna University. So it is better to opt for government aided colleges like PSG, Coimbatore Institute of Technology and Thiagrajar, Madurai than SSN.

Yes, you can apply for the admission through management quota. If you come under their eligibility criteria, then definitely you will get admission.

In Coimbatore there are 2 top colleges - PSG and Amrita. Whereas in Chennai SRM, Satyabhama and VIT are top colleges.
