Yes, you can study cse from any TIG college. Any college in Techno India group gives u more chance in terms of placement.

It will depend on the opening or closing rank of VITEEE. So, you must check out the last year's cut-off of VITEEE to get a clear idea of getting a seat.

It's great. NIT, Rourkela is best for core branches. NIT-RKL is not that awesome for CSE and you must prefer other NITs for CSE.

The demand for B.Tech in CSE graduates is increasing and so the college is increasing and Jaipur too have some good colleges for pursuing an engineering degree. I think ECE is better as compared to Techno's CSE. Moreover, it all depends upon you and your interest. Go for the branch that interests you. If you are good you can be successful anywhere.
