To become a Lecturer in College you have to complete Post Graduation in the subject you want to become a Lecturer. To become a Lecturer you have to apply, appear and crack NET (National Eligibility Test) examination conducted by UGC two time a year for selection of Lecturer. Thanks!

I am assuming your question is whether B.Com (H)LLB or BBA LLB. Which is better out of the two. Well, the one to answer is you. Are you more interested in just Commerce or Business administration? I would personally suggest you to opt for BBA LLB, as the opportunities that arise out of it and the skill set, both are preferable.

If the college is under the same University, it is possible to transfer the college however, the norms differ from University to University. But I guess, it shouldn't be much of a hustle for you but you still can check with the University and college officials for reliable information.

You will have to apply online for that. Your percentage for best four subjects will be considered which includes three main subject and one language subject. If you want to pursue B.Com (Hons) then you must have maths as a subject in 12th.
There isn't any relation among 12th marks and B.Com subject as you should also know it, then why are you thinking of so? If you have more marks in 12th you may repeat just like class improvement. Go through the subjects and your interest.

The two courses you have mentioned are very different in terms of scope and syllabus. In BCom (Computer Application) you will all study about the computational Commerce. which means how you can apply the computer's software knowledge in commerce and trade. On the other hand, in BCom BFSI, the specilization is concerned to Financial Services and Economics.
