Hello Shubham,
Based on your JEE Mains marks, you are not eligible for government colleges because you have not met the cut-off. You can get a good private college on the basis of your class 12th board percentage.
Hope I have explained in a better way.

You can appear for VITEE/KITEE/SRMJEE/State Entrance Exam of your state. Also, just give the JEE Mains (as it will help you to take admission in various colleges of India). If you get good marks and you think you can get CSE in your rank, then its fine, else see your ranks in VITEE/SRMJEE/State Entrance Exam of your state and see if you are getting CSE branch. If you do not get a satisfying rank, you can give a year drop and prepare for JEE Mains and advanced, but please don't skip the JEE Mains, as I have stated the reason earlier.

Simple but significant,

Dear aspirant, Great interacting with you. In my opinion, you should go for SMIT as there is less number of students so you will get a greater opportunity to interact with the faculty and the system. Secondly, the placement scenario is almost the same Id say SMIT has a better placement record, and let's be honest in KIIT only a handful of students get good packages whilst spending about 20 Lacs. And KIIT has a good infrastructure but so does SMIT. If you have a load of money go for KIIT and get a 5 Lacs package or spend less and get more. And it completely depends on the students on how much can they and alas it depends on you. Hope it hel... View more

Which branch you are from and your reservation category decides how much percentage you need to get in SPCE, Andheri.
At least you have to be above 90% just to ensure any possibility, but every year the cutoff changes . Sometimes it goes high or remains at the same.
I was admitted in Electrical Engg in the second year after my diploma marks 89% with OBC category.
Now, it is been 4 years. According to me you should have at least 92 to 93%.

The competition level depends on the number of applicants and their scores, and the number of seats available for CSE also plays a role.
