No, you need to qualify for UPSEE. There are no mangaement quota from year 2017 as per AKTU guidelines.
If you have qualified UPSEE you must contact college officials and proceed for your admission .
Also , you can get admission through counseling of AKTU through JEE Mains.

Old, simple and helping nature,

Comparing the topics of B.Tech CSE and B.Tech IT would't be any useful to you. Because if you consider B.Tech in CSE, different universities have different course plans. Even colleges under the same university have different course plan. So don't try to compare. Which one is better? I would say CSE is better. As that covers both how and SW. Most NITs and IITs have CSE programme. I would suggest you to do your own research to know about the syllabus. Even the syllabus shown in the websites of different universities aren't the same when you join them. Under the "flexible system", the teacher who are going to teach you will decide the syllabu... With that rank you will get electronics & instrumentation engineering in Vellore campus. Computer science specialization closing rank is 9000 and CSE core in 6000 rank. You have to take two courses of that desired branch in which you have to go and they will select first 2 or 3 out of many students for upgradation of their desired branches. Hope this helps. Dear Abhishek,
I think you are talking about CS (Company Secretary). It is a professional course for commerce (and arts) student and syllabus is company law.
But if you are talking in the context of science then there is no difference between CS (Computer Science) and CSE (Computer Science Engineering). Sometimes engineering college use same terminology for the same thing.
Kindly upvote the answer if you feel satisfied.
Good luck.

Hi,
No, you can't change your college after 6-7 months of regular study.
There is no college that will allow you take admission and continue your studies from where you left them.
I hope you understand my point.
