HI Farjad,
As your score is too low, it might not be possible. However, if you belong to any reserved category then for that wait for the rank and cut off. If you are within the cutoff then you will be called for counselling.

Your chances of getting admission in B.Tech CSE is very poor. You may seek admission in Management quota in private universities in NCR region.
Yes, you can apply but I think you should go with physics because it would be better for future job and salary too.
You are already a graduate in physics and experienced, so I think that you should do Masters in the same subject.
In Sree Venkateshwara College of Engineering, EC is better than CSE.

Hello Krish,
Yes, it is indeed a good choice. CSE at MIT has great career prospects. You can have on-campus internships and placements. Many top companies like Google, Microsoft, ZOHO, etc. come for recruitment. The salary package is also good. You can get a good infrastructure and training as you have well-established labs and experienced faculty. You need to apply through TNEA counselling. All the best!
With this rank and score, you can't be able to get Government College for the CSE branch. But, yes you can easily get good private colleges like AKG, Galgotias with this score.

Hi, No, you cannot take admission in any college in India without having Chemistry as one of the subject. All the engineering courses are designed in such a way that, all the students should aware of everything. So, Chemistry is also included in the course structure. All branch students have Chemistry as well as Physics as a subject in the first two semesters, from third semester onwards, each branch will have their core subjects.

Although the cut off for MBM through JEE Mains is quite high. A General category student must score above 140 in JEE Mains in order to be eligible for MBM college in his/her prefered branch. And if you don't have any specific branch preference then try score above 100 in JEE Mains, you will get some or the other branch. But 92 marks in JEE Mains is not enough for MBM Engineering College.
