No, it is not possible to join the B.Com programme in the second year at Kristu Jayanti College (KJC), Bangalore. KJC follows the semester system for its undergraduate programs, including B.Com and students are admitted into the programme at the beginning of the academic year. Yes you can do B. Ed through distance mode.
B.Ed is a comparitively lower grade degree as it is for undergraduation whereas M.Com (//M.Com) is a masters degree which you have already completed. YOu are very well eligible for B.Ed.
B.Ed course is 2 year course which you can pursue from any institute near you.
General eligibility criteria include:
The minimum qualification required for entry into B . Ed . course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science ( B .Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce ( B .Com.) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks.
However different uniersities have different eligibility criteria.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then M.Com is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. In case you want a career in Law then you can also look at LL.B. You can also do a lot of certificate course and explore careers in travel & tourism, media, animation, e-commerce, logistics, web designing, accounts. Import & export, etc.

In order to take admission in DU, you need to register yourself on the official website of the university. Thereafter, you will need to check the cut-off lists published by the university and find a suitable college matching to your merit. If your class 12 score qualifies the merit list, you can visit that particular college and enrol yourself.
