No. Class 10th marks aren't important to get admission.
The admissions are entirely based on your Class 12th marks.

Yes, u can get B.Com (H) without having Maths. Even if pursuing B.Com (Hons) from BHU without having Maths as a subject in 12th. As per new guidelines, I think DU will start accepting Students without a Maths background in B.Com (Hons) in the coming 2 or 3 years.
