Hello, c
Completing your Bachelors studies in India would be cost effective plus IIT certainly has an excellent curriculum that provides an edge to the Indian students in the international universities. Studying your Bachelors in foreign country can be an expensive deal, as it covers 4 years of study period. But studying abroad provides you a global exposure and their curriculum is certainly much broader and flexible than the Indian studies. They provide practical hands on training. Foreign universities do provide better technology and infrastructure than in India.

Yes, Jamia Milia Islamia offers B Tech in Computer engineering. Hope this helps you.
Good luck.
Hi Mrudul Verma, colleges abroad don't have this concept of campus placement and stuff unlike in India. They have strong industry network and world-class career assistance cells, these career assistance offices help students network with potential employers via career fairs, counseling services, etc. But you need to work hard for it and develop your own networking skills. All the top-ranked universities have strong industry connection and if you are a good student you will be spotted by potential employers. If you are a good student you can check universities like MIT, CalTech, Georgia Tech, UC Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon University and so on.

No, 12th percentage is not required in MHTCET as 50% is mandatory to apply for the same as an eligibility criteria only. Also, to get admission in MHTCET only its score is important as it does not give weightage to the 12th score and to get admission in top colleges of Maharashtra like COEP, VJTI, etc., in top branches more than 170 would be required.
Hi,

I'd say yes, it is important. It will allow you to practice programming languages; you'll not have to fully depend on your college. In addition to this, you can also work on your own projects like app, game, website or whatever it is. I would recommend to buy at least i3 processor, 4gb RAM, 500GB HDD. These are the minimum requirements that your laptop should have, if you can afford to buy more advanced, then it is beneficial and time saving for you.

Hello Hartej,Jamia Milia Islamia has a good reputation academically and along with this they have a vibrant and good placement cell. These two factors combine to make many companies visit the campus of Jamia Milia Islamia for recruiting or placement of students. Hence, I will definitely say that B Tech's from Jamia Milia Islamia invariably land up with good placements and good placements means good salary or package. However, here I would like to leave a word of caution, this is because the situation of industry in India 4 years from today can be predicted by nobody. Though it is expected by and large to be doing well. The salary packages ... View more
