If you have an interest in interior designing, then surely there is no harm in pursuing it simultaneously.
Honors is an upgraded version of B.Com and every upgraded version is always better than the previous one. Also there is a beneficial factor related to it. That's when you go for MBA as your post-graduation degree at the time of admission process you will be given more preference over the other ones. Not to mention, it is a fact that same trend follows when you sit for campus placements or any kind of placement. So it’s always preferable to go for hons rather than B.Com if you have an option because in some way or another it will help you at some stage in your life.
You can improve on your skills by practicing math problems everyday. You will get better over time. Not being good at something should not be a deterrent to your aspirations. Practice daily and your skills will improve over time. Although CA courses require some hard number crunching, you will definitely learn the skills required over time.
Chances are very tough. So, my advice would be exploring other options and keep in touch with JMI's official website.
If you are pursuing B.Com and want to make a career in the field of accountancy than I believe ACCA is the best way to grow in your life. ACCA stands for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants a leading international accountancy body. The ACCA qualification is recognised and is treated in other countries as being equivalent to their local qualification.

Hello Puloma,
You are definitely eligible but admissions depend a lot on what choices have been given by those who are above you. But I feel you have a good chance.
You can prepare for PO exams simultaneously with B.Com. You can join an institute for PO exam preparation but you can attempt exam only in last year or last semester. You can also take weekend classes for PO entrance so that you can manage your B.Com classes also. You have to manage the time between both the courses and also regular practice is needed for PO.
