In short time, you can't be prepared for international colleges. It requires a lots of time with constant and continuous hard work, if you drop the B.Tech then for international colleges you must drop 1 year so that you can be prepared. In my opinion just do it on your own if you are not like your college environment. Just concentrate on your study do self study. But then also not works then just change the college and take the admission in lateral entry only of you complete your 1 year of B.Tech.

You can get admission into B.Tech courses in government colleges only through IIT-JEE or AIEEE entrance examination. There is no other mode of getting admission into them as they don't accept direct admission.
