It totally depends on your interest first of all. But, if you are judging it on the basis of package offered, then obviously CS sector is going to give you tag of being placed. But, civil engineering has got advantage in government sector.

This college offers graduation in engineering in only three branches of viz civil, mechanical & electrical. As you have guessed correctly, admissions are given based on the entrance exam conducted by government of Maharashtra. No admissions are given directly. You can get admission in Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida. The fee structure will be more, if you want only placements then it would be a good college for you.

If you get that rank, you'll surely get NIT-Trichy and NIT-Warangal, both are very good though. I would suggest you to focus on your advanced exam, as better opportunity awaits. You may get into top IITs, if you do well there to so focus on your study for now, at least till a month.

With this score, you can't get any IIIT for CSE. You can try for lower branches in IIIT.

For your category, JEE Mains rank for CSE branch is under 20k in NITs and DTU but in IITs, you should score under 2000 rank for CSE.

You have to appear in JEE Main entrance exam after 12th with PCM conducted by NTA twice every year. On the basis of JEE Main rank, you can get admission in top engineering colleges located in UP in desired engineering branch. The list of few engineering colleges is given below.

Hello Atul, You are in LNCT Indore and want to go for LNCT Bhopal then firstly you should ask about this to your college councellor or HOD as transferring admission in emergency or with cause from a private college to another that too in it's own branch is possible.
