Yes, definitely. As enthusiasm for sport is increasing there is lot of career opportunity. As a field it has not developed a lot, still you have career option in strategy, branding, training etc. You can have career as sports agent, sports manager, event managers etc. You can also be a sport dietician, sport physiotherapist. However, it is a niche field and you need to have lot of aptitude, interest and deep learning of the field.

Any degree is required to qualify for MBA admission along with valid score in MBA entrance examination.
You can become an investment banker if you pursue MBA in finance. As finance specialisation covers all aspects of financial field like banking, insurance,etc. You can become a one if a bank offers you.

You have not mentioned the spicialisation subject of MBA.
Dietitians are professionals who use the Science of managing nutrition to promote a healthy life. In order to become dietitian you have to take up either B.Sc Nutrition or B.E in Food Technology. You have to write the entrance test for getting admission for these courses

You have a long way to go, I will advice you not to worry about the results, instead go with the flow. Keep options open and also keep backup options ( Plan A, Plan B etc) l.
