Greetings from Shiksha!
Since every college is having their entrance exams even the probate universities are having the entrance exams so there are very few colleges giving admission on the basis of class 12th board. Also, getting information regarding that is quite difficult so better prepare for any entrance exam.
Hope this got cleared, good luck!

Apart from that, this university will play a crucial role in your overall development which would prove to be of great help afterwards as this university not only lay emphasis on academics but other things also. But please do not, I repeat never ruin your academics as it will create a huge problem for you during campus selection. Please tell college name and where are you from? Which entrance exam you have given?
All fields are good for better future, but I would like to grab your attention towards something which is more important.
If you are planning for going in some engineering field, you will have to gain as much knowledge you can throughout your 4 years of Bachelor's degree.
If you will be proficient in that particular branch then you need not to care about which branch is better.
If there are less opportunity that doesn't mean you should not go ahead and vice versa.
Finally, just analyze your capabilities and take a decision.
It’s totally depends on you which will be the bright future.
Hello Namitha, I am afraid with the tentative figure that you are mentioning, it would be pretty tough to find an institution. However, I would like to advise you that please approach an agency dealing with sending students to Canada for undergraduate studies to know different nuances by which you can still proceed to Canada with this budget.
Best wishes to you.
Yes, you can pursue this course after B.Tech.
